FPi 4030 folding and inserting range specifications at a glance
Daily Mail - Using this function you can process documents which are not suited for automatic processing, for instance stapled documents.
Feeder-swap - As soon as a feeder is empty, the system will automatically switch to another while you are reloading documents, enabling continuous work.
Eight in One - The folding device can fold up to 8 sheets simultaneously.
Fill & start - The system can detect document and envelope format as well as the required folding settings automatically.
Fold only - You can also use the FPi 4030 and 4030s' flexible document folding only option.
Automatic paper stops - The collator is equipped with automatic paper stops which ensure optimum processing of different paper formats.
Real sheet control - The FPi 4030 and 4030s features an electro-mechanical double feed detection which reliably measures the paper thickness upon feed-in from the stations.
FPi 4030s - The Special Feeder only available on the FPi 4030s is designed for the feeding of more difficult types of inserts. Examples are very glossy mailers and leaflets as well as thicker booklets, etc
